Lite Version:
Users of uGotShared Lite may test the basic features of the application before purchasing. The Lite Version allows users to send pictures to registered users of the Full Version, however, they cannot receive pictures, password protect their 'My Photo' library or set a home wallpaper.

Sharing:
The $.99 purchase price enables the user the ability to create and save a password protected 'My Photo' library, sending and receiving pictures, creating and editing a 'Contact List', setting a wallpaper within the app, and using the existing Camera Roll or Camera to add to the user's 'My Photo' library. uGotShared makes no guarantees for the uptime of the servers, or the length of time the servers will be in service.

All user accounts are subject to termination at any time for any reason. The 'My Photo' library and password protection will remain the users' as long as the application is installed. uGotShared makes no guarantees as to the picture sharing capability .

Abuse/Legal:
Users are responsible for the content of the pictures. uGotShared is not responsible if pictures are sent to incorrect recipients, or the recipient did not wish to receive the content. By using the sharing service the user agrees to not abuse the service, to not use illegal content, and to not send content to a recipient that does not wish to receive said content. Violations will result in the revocation of the users sharing ability and possible legal action.

Privacy:
The application is set up as such that only the phone of the person addressed to receive a shared picture can view it. However, as with any information transferred via the internet, there are no guarantees that content and accounts cannot be intercepted by hackers or other means. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the user to ensure that they are not sharing content that they do not want to be intercepted.

Your iPhone:
A users iPhone is their responsibility. uGotShared is not responsible if a user loses, damages, replaces or does anything else that renders the application unusable. uGotShared cannot restore content.
